The original stairway is a fabulous feature of this lovely home. The stairways are newly carpeted, and bedrooms have ‘driftwood style' laminate flooring and rugs. All the bedding is brand new with mattress toppers, mattresses & pillow protectors on all the beds.

OUTSIDE
Enclosed Garden and Slate terrace: From the rear of the property, you access a small yard with the enclosed West-facing garden opposite. There is a spacious area and relax with a slate patio and seating. Dine Al Fresco, soak up the sun, or take a short walk to Tywyn Beach to enjoy the fabulous sea views over the Welsh Coast. Don't miss the amazing sunsets that the West Coast has to offer!
Parking & access: The house has on-road parking outside (no restrictions) and there is additional parking available in the town just a 2 min walk. The house is accessed via a couple of steps up to the front door. The steps are not particularly steep, fine for any reasonably mobile/active person.
