Clean, fresh and crystalline air is like a natural balm!
Hiking trails, surfing and cycling, jumps in natural pools of the Atlantic Forest, Mother Nature made Ubatuba a huge playground for all kinds of enjoyment.

In the mornings you will have the option to cycle tracks 5 minutes from the youth skate and basketball sports center and / or go to the public gym to work out on the historic beach where Anchieta wrote the famous poem A Virgin. (This place is being renovated by City Hall 2019 I believe in January 2020 is ready)

Or if you prefer to walk along the beautiful seafront promenade from the Cruzeiro lighthouse to the 10km round trip pier without realizing it, by the comfortable shade of the grove of the waterfront. (Reformed until 2019-2020)

You can also go with the family by car to Itaguá beach where you will find great offer of schooner trips to Anchieta Island, Couves Island and other islands of the region ...

Back to the comfort and space of the house, benefiting from the North facing position, keep cool even on hot days by enjoying the indoor space of the large room with the whole family, or just relaxing in the conservatory hammock while Kids have fun on foosball, and at lunchtime enjoy communion with family in the gourmet barbecue area.

Limpeza

A casa fica ao lado de uma academia barulhenta e a limpeza estava ruim, desde a louça (inclusive panelas) até os banheiros. Os travesseiros são mega altos, não deu pra usar. Não tem microondas e nem rampa na garagem, o que atrapalha muito na hora de entrar com o carro. A casa é bem ampla, fica a mais ou menos 1,5 km do Itaguá. A proprietária tem boa vontade pra auxiliar os hóspedes.

Casa ótima para quem gosta de ir para ubatuba e usar o carro para ir as praias, como fica bem perto da saida para a estrada que vai para as praias do norte já saíamos sem pegar o trânsito da cidade e ganhamos muito tempo para aproveitar as praias. O local é simples mas nos acomodou muito bem, agradecimento especial a Christina (proprietária) que foi muito prestativa desde a nossa chegada até a hora do checkout. Recomendo.

Fiquei encantada com a casa, ela é enorme e linda... Minha família amou... muito confortável pra dormir me senti em casa. Já tinha vontade de morar em Ubatuba... essa vontade só aumentou....Gente sobre a limpeza...meu Deus impecável, dava até medo de sujar, kkk , a proprietária é um doce de pessoa, notei sua atenção desde quando aluguei, sempre tirando minhas duvidas no zap, e me ajudando a decidir alguns pontos pra viagem, realmente muito prestativa e lá nos deixou completamente à vontade. Uma casa que com toda a certeza alugaria mais vezes, pois vale muito a pena.

Casa super grande e confortável, passamos 7 dias agora no Natal e a casa cubriu nossas expectativas, camas bem confortáveis, sala ampla cozinha bem equipada tudo muito limpo, otimos banheiros c chuveiros de qualidade? achei super rápido p chegar até a praia grande e a praia do Tenório indo por dentro gastei 7 minutos pra chegar ate a praia. A unica coisa q não gostei foi de não ter TV na sala somente nos quartos, a proprietária é maravilhosa sempre pronta a nós atender. Voltaremos mais vezes c certeza.

O imóvel está em perfeitas condições conforme descrito no anúncio. Realizei a locação por duas vezes (2011 e 2016) com minha família.A residência está localizada próximo ao centro de Ubatuba. A proprietária Cristina foi muito atenciosa e profissional, desde o início das negociações, sendo realizado a locação do imóvel com toda segurança jurídica necessária.
