Condo Wembley Tennis one of the best condominiums in Ubatuba, 24 hour security, away from the beach 100 meters. Very beautiful and well maintained landscaped condominium, It also has a restaurant that works on Saturdays and Sundays in the low season and in the high season every day, self -service and a la carte. Bar service in the pools.

Excelente apartamento, recomendo.

Gostei muito do apartamento! Ele é espaçoso e equipado com todos os utensílios necessários para uma casa. Os quartos são confortáveis e os colchões, excelentes. A localização é fantástica, bem próxima à praia, com um restaurante dentro do condomínio e um mercadinho a poucos passos, ideal para ir caminhando. O contato com a anfitriã foi excelente: ela respondeu todas as minhas perguntas rapidamente e solucionou qualquer problema. Tanto a entrada quanto a saída do apartamento foram tranquilas, e a segurança do condomínio é muito boa. O único ponto negativo é que não fica claro no anúncio que, embora o condomínio tenha piscina e quadras, toda a área de lazer precisa ser paga à parte.

O imóvel estava impecável, tudo muito novo, muito limpo, não passamos necessidade de absolutamente nada. Camas confortáveis, travesseiros novos, ventiladores e ar condicionado ótimos. Não sentimos qualquer cheiro de mofo, ótima experiência. Sempre que precisamos os proprietários responderam prontamente, olha de demos trabalho viu. Meu filho danificou um objeto da casa e os proprietários foram muito atenciosos e acolhedores.

Excelente apartamento em um ótimo condomínio. Tanto a proprietária quanto a Eliana, a responsável por nos entregar as chaves foram muito atenciosas. Apartamento bonito e muito bem equipado. Uma pequena ressalva, para utilizar a piscina tem q pagar uma taxa, não lembro de ter visto no anúncio. No período que fui a taxa foi tranquila, mas na alta temporada ele é bem salgada. Do resto, tudo muito bom!

Excelente Apartamento

Móveis, utensilio, limpeza perfeitos. Cadeiras e guarda sol disponíveis, ajuda muito a não ter que alugar ou levar. Condomínio excelente com piscina, lanchonete completa disponível até as 23:00 h, áreas de recreação para crianças, tudo perfeito. Além da recepção da Edmeia, que foi de uma atenção incrível, até mesmo com nossa volta para casa. Recomendo com certeza e assim que der voltaremos.

Apartamento perfeito, vale muito a pena

Passamos 4 dias ótimos no apto da Edmeia e do Antônio. Os dois foram muito solícitos e responderam nossas dúvidas prontamente. O apto é bastante espaçoso, camas confortáveis, cozinha e lavanderia bem equipadas (tem até lavadora/secadora de roupas), e a internet é ótima.... Gostamos bastante. Em 5 minutos a pé chega-se na praia das Toninhas. Tem um mercadinho a 200m do condomínio e uma hamburgueria muito boa a 100m. O único porém é o condomínio exigir o uso da pulseira de identificação o tempo todo (não dá pra tirar) mas entendemos que é uma questão de segurança.
