Townhouse located in the neighborhood of Lázaro, in front of Praia da Sununga, almost in the sand. It is a few meters from Lázaro Beach, one of the best known beaches in Ubatuba. It is a two storey house, described below:
Upstairs 1 suite with a beautiful view of Sununga Beach.
On the ground floor we have bedroom, bathroom, living room, full kitchen (with refrigerator, stove, electric oven, microwave and domestic utensils), SKY TV, garage for 2 cars, covered grill and shower. We also have ceiling fans in all environments, freezer 146 liters, 4 beach chairs and parasol.

Enganação! Cuidado, nem entrem na casa número 5. É uma pena não conseguir postar fotos por aqui!

Casa toda mofada com água entrando pelo teto da suíte. Cheiro insuportável de cachorro molhado e cheiro de esgoto no banheiro. Após a reclama o proprietário queria me colocar na casa número 6, mas já havia perdido toda a confiança no mesmo e naquele momento o stress já havia me consumido. É uma pena que não posso postar por aqui fotos e vídeos gravados, mas definitivamente a casa número 5 não era nem de perto a casa das fotos desta publicação. Precisei arrumar outro local para ficar. MUITO CUIDADO AO ALUGAR ESTÁ CASA. Inclusive pelo proprietário não devolver o valor locado (por isso já deveria ter me atentado que teria problemas). Uma imensa insatisfação ter alugado e ter que deixar no mínimo uma estrela na avaliação. Deveria te estrela negativa. Férias comprometidas, e com filho de 6 meses sofrendo por está infeliz locação. CUIDADO
