Apartment of 70 m2 is 100 meters from the beach, clean beach with several kiosks to your liking, W space restaurant at 40 meters very good recommend (price a little expensive), nearby there are snack bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, other restaurants, in the center of Ubatuba has the Aquarium, vintage car museum, various shops and mall. Apartment has Wi-Fi internet access as well as the entire condominium, has air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, 2 bedroom, 1 suite with box queen and 1 dresser, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 pull-out bed and dresser plus 4 mattresses if needed, in the bedrooms have 7 pillows with cover and all beds with mattress cover, hall bath in the hall, living room with tv and dvd, retractable sofa, curtain, panel with rack in the bedrooms and TV room has ceiling fans, balcony with barbecue grill and its utensils, full kitchen with all necessary utensils, coffee maker, mixer, orange juicer, table with 6 chairs, stove, microwave, fridge, laundry room with washing machine and drying, floor clothesline, very comfortable and everything new holds 8 people INCLUDING CHILDREN. Já conhecia a região, apartamento com toda infraestrutura necessária, próximo a tudo, piscina bacana, sala de jogos, playground para crianças, um local para ficar com a familia. Camas ótimas, mas os colchões auxiliares poderia melhorar, mas como sempre digo, conforto 100% só em casa... a Thais show de bola, prestativa, flexivel quando solicitada, Recomendo ficarem hospedados.
