Pleasant and helpful staff, clean rooms and other amenities. Good breakfast. Servers at the beach was definately a plus but orders were too slow to aarive. The property itself could use an update, or at least receive the proper maintenance on a regular basis, specially the driveway going into the hotel which is in terrible shape.

Secluded location on nice section of beach

Excellent service, especially Simon in the restaurant and other beach service staff. They are the hardest workers I have ever seen. Decent hotel on "quieter" section of beach. Good breakfast. Ok dinners. Good sized rooms with really cold air con. Bed pillows like rocks, though.

Beautiful location and near private secluded beach

We loved our 3 days here. Excellent friendly service staff and upgraded room with super view of the Ubatuba beaches. Short path walk to a very nice secluded beach with drink service from the pool bar. Good restaurant and short drive to town for other options. Would definitely return.

Primeira vez que me decepciono bastante ao reservar um hotel pelo hoteis.com. Hotel muito velho, quarto com infiltrações, travesseiros velhos, chuveiro ruim, limpeza deixa a desejar. As fotos divulgadas no momento da reserva nao condizem com a realidade. Café da manhã bom, a praia onde está localizado o hotel é excelente e relativamente tranquila, as áreas comuns razoavelmente conservadas, a piscina limpa, mas os quartos, uma grande decepção. Não vale o valor que cobra.

Avaliação Real do Hotel

Nos hospedamos no Hotel por alguns dias, mas infelizmente tivemos uma experiência muito abaixo do esperado. O hotel tem uma boa estrutura da recepção para baixo e um restaurante terceirizado excelente, que foi, sem dúvida, a melhor parte da estadia. No entanto, alguns pontos deixaram a desejar. O quarto apresentava infiltração, muita umidade e o ar-condicionado não funcionava, fora o chuveiro que saia água como uma bica. Tentamos trocar de quarto, mas os outros disponíveis estavam em condições ainda piores. Além disso, sentimos que o atendimento na recepção poderia ser mais atencioso, pois as respostas dos funcionários nem sempre eram prestativas. Outro ponto que nos incomodou foi o fato de um hotel desse porte não disponibilizar dois cartões de acesso por hóspede, o que dificultou bastante a logística durante a estadia.

Estadia foi ok, tinha muitas formigas na cama , aquelas pequenas, o hotel é antigo, a piscina é muita boa, a tercerizada que cuida do restaurante do hotel é muito bagunçada, você consome sem assinar comanda, depois vê que foi lançado itens a mais, mas eles tiram porque ja que não tem canhoto de nada, não tem como contestar. De resto a estadia foi boa.

Áreas comuns e piscina legais…. Mas….

Muitas formigas, já tínhamos lido mas não imaginávamos que seria tanto. Toalhas cheirando meio ruim, ar condicionado muito sujo. Cafe da manhã legal. Área comum legal, mas a quadra de tenis o pessoal usa como campo de futebol o tempo todo praticamente. Tem como montar a rede, mas a engrenagem está quebrada

Ótimo para toda a família.

O hotel oferece muitas opções para crianças de todas as idades, muito suporte à bebês e entretenimento para crianças maiores. O fato de ser "pé na areia" facilita muito não precisar ficar andando de carro, além é claro, do ótimo atendimento de todos os funcionários. Hospedagem super recomendada!
