My experience is overall good. However, the English language skills could be improved... As a cable TV professional, I would strongly recommend to improve the TV signal quality in the hotel, which was really very poor (I observed some outages). Also, to include some international news channels in English (CNN, BBC World, Al Jazeera, RT), should not be such a big issue...
