I had a very bad experience with this hotel. I paid for the first night when I checked in and the hotel staff told me I could pay for my 2nd night/remaining balance on my check out but instead they deactivated our keys on the 2nd day and we were unable us to get in to our room at the end of the day. I went downstairs and they said ours keys were deactivated because the 2nd day was not paid. The hotel staff should have told me to pay in full the 2nd night but instead the hotel opted to lock us outside our room. I found this hotel attitude very disrespectful with their guests.

Localização priveligiada (para o que eu precisava), a uma quadra do Bahamas, a duas quadras do Center Shopping (esses dois dá para ir e vir a pé sem problema algum), aeroporto,... Equipe muito atenciosa, simpáticos. Servem café da tarde de cortesia. Excelente para enganar a fome!! Café da manhã sem igual. Muita variedade, tudo fresco, quentinho,... Uma delícia.
