We got checked into the wrong room and had to be moved to another room at 8 pm, the staff was very responsive and it went smoothly. Regular room has no sofa, has a day bed near the window which I am told is the style in this region. Hotel is very new and clean, breakfast ok for the upcharge should be better

Very new hotel. Staff are unbelievable, best I have ever seen in Thailand. Not a complaint, but no bathroom as such, just sectioned out in the room. No lock on the toilet and shower. Breakfast was great, labels on everything, great for fussy eaters. Would totally recommend this hotel in Ubon.

Hotel room was very clean and modern. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating! Didn’t get to use the pool, but we got the breakfast buffet and it was excellent. Hotel was close to the mall which was a huge plus. Highly recommend this hotel!
