But there was an instance when our room key stopped working and we were at the top level locked out and waited 30 mins for someone to come to the top level to help us out with a replacement key card. This is a very lovely hotel. Just be aware that it is a 15-20 min journey to the old town, and can be tricky to get transport back at night. The hotel itself though is superb.
