Recently renovated, the apartment has a floor area of 55 square metres. Furnished with great care, it is equipped with all modern conveniences: a digital entry lock with a personalised code, TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a worktop, oven, hob, refrigerator, and a coffee machine with coffee pods available for breakfast. The bedroom features a double bed. An extra bed is available upon request. Bathroom with a spacious shower. All linens are provided (kitchen towels, bath towels, bedding set with a down comforter in winter and cool sheets in summer). The sofa in the living room converts into a French-style bed. <br>Paid parking is available in the surrounding areas or in the underground car park at Piazza Primo Maggio (200 metres from the apartment).
