The spacious, ground-floor and completely newly renovated 2-room apartment has a south-facing terrace surrounded by greenery with a view of the herb garden and a meadow with grazing sheep. Since a cat can stop by from time to time, you shouldn't necessarily suffer from an allergy to animal hair. The holiday apartment has a large living room with a comfortable couch, an open, fully equipped kitchen and a cozy dining area. From the living room you come directly to the terrace and the garden. The bathroom includes a comfortable shower, toilet and sink. The bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a double bed 180x200. If necessary, the pull-out sofa in the living area is available as additional sleeping space. The apartment was renovated to a very high standard from a building biology and ecological point of view and was completed in July 2021. Where possible, the old was preserved and combined with the new with a focus on quality and great attention to detail. You will find all the essential equipment you need to switch off and recharge or for a relaxed home office (excellent WiFi/LAN)! There is a parking space in front of the house available for your car - from September 2021 with an in-house electric charging station (with solar power directly from the roof).
