A villa nestled in the lush greenery of the Salento countryside, dotted with centuries-old olive trees, and fully fenced. The villa serves as an oasis of relaxation in close contact with nature, combining the silence and tranquility of the countryside with the comforts and amenities of two fully functional Mediterranean-style homes. It accommodates up to 11 guests.

The main access road features a manual exterior gate and leads to the main residence.

The azure swimming pool is surrounded by tropical plants and palm trees. Near the pool, there are two gazebos where you can relax in the shade or enjoy breakfast with a view of the pool.

Both homes are independent and feature a porch with outdoor furniture and a kitchenette. All amenities are provided: air conditioning in every room, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, and Wi-Fi.

The main house is right next to the pool and consists of a dining room, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, a master bedroom, and a twin bedroom with beds that can be joined.

The guest house is just 30 metres from the main building and consists of 3 bedrooms: one double with an en-suite bathroom (where an extra bed can be added for a fee), one double, and one twin with beds that can be joined, all sharing a common bathroom/shower.

There are two outdoor showers (one by the pool and one near the annex), two barbecue grills (one for the main house and one near the annex), and a wood-fired oven.

The beaches of Salento are a 10-minute drive away (Marine di Ugento, Torre San Giovanni, Gallipoli, Pescoluse).

Wunderschöner Garten und ein perfekter Ort für unseren Familienurlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt mit der ganzen Familie, mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern, ihren Partnern und unserem Enkelkind. Das Haus mit seinen Gebäuden ist perfekt für eine große Gruppe geeignet. Es ist liebevoll restauriert und der Vermieter berichtete uns, dass es das Haus seines Großvaters war. Der Pool war sehr angenehm zum Schwimmen mit Salz und wenig Chlor. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und die große Terrasse lädt ein zum Verweilen im Schatten. Das Meer ist nicht weit entfernt und der Strand in der Umgebung ist sehr schön.Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und vielleicht nutzen wir es um wieder zu kommen. Auch wird vom Vermieter ein Programm, wie z.B. Weinprobe oder Olivenölverkostung angeboten und man kann regionale Produkte kaufen. Die Orangenmarmelade schmeckte auch zuhause sehr lecker! Ein wirklich schöner Ort, den wir empfehlen können!
