Jaw dropping unreliability

Interstate to be turned away at the door. After some pretty serious 4x4’ing to find the place, we showed our reservation# and booking details, but were told facility was closed for the season. I’ve joyfully used Hotels.com for many years and, and will continue to do so, but this is my first sub-optimal experience. Quite surprised after all the effort to get there, and booking, to be told no. Unfortunate
