Large and comfortable room.

Arrived late in the evening and left early the following morning. Room was extremely large and comfortable. Wasnโ€™t able to check out the area. Uber and taxi service are unreliable. Hotel staff was helpful and eventually was able to locate a taxi to the airport. I booked the hotel while at the airport and although the reservation was sent to the hotel, record of my payment was not. I was required to pay for my room on arrival which was about 40% higher than listed rate. Hotel has promised to credit my card for the higher amount. Would I stay at this property again? YES!

I'm new to world travel, and not sure what to expect in Mongolia, so my perspective might need calibration. This hotel was good. The room was clean and a little worn. The hallways and elevator weren't as in as good shape. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Royal Mountain again.
