Numerous hiking and biking trails are accessible around your vacation home, which lead through beautiful forest and heath landscapes. If you have decided to spend a day by the water, you can either go to the North Sea or visit the somewhat quieter Nissum Fjord. Here you can refresh yourself with a swim and go surfing, kayaking or prove your skills with paddle boarding. Also recommended: a day at the swimming lake Skavemosen at Husby Dune Plantation. Just a few kilometers from Ulfborg is the Flamingo Nature Park, a 60,000 square meter nature park with flowers and plants in every color imaginable. In addition, the nearest towns of Ringkobing and Holstebro entice you for a day trip. There is always something going on here and you can enjoy some urban flair.
