A beautiful beach house located just a 'Stones throw' from the iconic Mollymook Beach. Panoramic ocean views from Bannister point in the north to Mollymook Golf club in the south. This is the ideal beach retreat.

Open plan living with a huge front verandah for entertaining as well as rear deck. Both areas have BBQs with outdoor settings and dinings.

To help you entertained whilst you enjoy your stay the house features include

-Surfboards

A 'stones throw' beach house bedding configuration includes
-4 X Queen Beds
-1 X Double Bunk Bed
-1 X Single mattress (If needed)

The house is generously spaced across 3 levels with features including large downstairs bedroom (bedroom 1) which includes a living area with TV player as well as an ensuite with combined spa bath.

WOW! What a property, so well set up for a big family or multiple families to stay together. Lots of kitchen supplies, massive balcony, great cooling, comfy beds, nice showers, clean, modern. We hire a lot of properties up and down the coast and this is one of the best we have hired. Thank you for sharing your space. Beach access literally across the road. Coffee van just down the road in the mornings.

Perfect Beachfront Getaway

Our stay at A Stones Throw was absolutely fantastic! The house is perfectly located right in front of the beach, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing and memorable family vacation. Waking up to breathtaking ocean views and the soothing sound of waves was a highlight of our trip.The property itself was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The spacious layout and cozy interiors made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect!!
