Amazing Ocean View Getaway
The property was perfect for an adult family. Good space and everything required for comfort. The views were stunning from the longe/dining, balcony and main bedroom. Access to the beach is literally meters away. Lovely and quiet.

Great views
This property has great views over Collers Beach and then to Mollymook beach. Although an older house it was functional for our group. Position of balcony was perfect to watch the ocean. A short walk into Ulladulla, to the golf club and beach cafe.

Great location but serious shortcomings
Great location just above a dog beach with great views but what owner provides is incredibly stingy for the price. For example, grill in oven doesn't work and fetch box in tv only provides free to air. No coffee making facilities and mattresses very poor in all bedrooms. If you want luxury and a great setting, this is not the place to go.

The location is beautiful, the view from the balcony was fantastic and the location couldn't be better. The house is a little tired but everything worked and we had a very enjoyable holiday.

Basic. Not Inexpensive. Great View
This property is not flash in any way apart from the view and location. Nor is it inexpensive. Probably ideal for a family who don't want to worry about damaging anything! BBQ old, rusty and unusable. Fixtures and fittings from 30+ years ago. Could do with an upgrade.

The property was very clean but needs some TLC as a number of lights were not operating and bedroom reading lights need fixing or replacing
