We like to show all guests how to use everything when you check-in including how the door locks easily and securely. The fan was clean and there is also a reverse cycle air-conditioner which also has a fan to bring in fresh air so you can choose your temperature. The cleaning is explained on the booking page before you booked along with the check-in instructions, which if you followed wouldn't have made you appear so guilty and the course for my concern. Housekeeping is available for an additional fee and varies based on length of stay. You will be asked to provide the property with a copy of your government-issued photo ID after booking. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. Mobile payments are not accepted.

If it were not an enjoyable experience why have you stayed multiple times and for many nights.As you have not said why, I will make a note and make sure you don't stay again.

Well this guest could not check in due to not being able to provide... The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification.This is a bank requirement in order to stop fraud.

False and Misleading Statement of Facts.I answered the phone to you during my lunch break. I noticed a heightened abrupt tone in your voice when you asked to check in at 9:30am. We are a very popular motel where guests tend to hang around and enjoy the panoramic Sea View.So I explained that Guests are still vacating their rooms until 10:00am. Then the cleaners start. Because you booked through Wotif. The correct protocol is to send me a message through Wotif for changes to your booking. Then I would look into options available to you.Your reply to me was in a heightened abrupt tone and your words were not very nice. This behavior towards staff will never be tolerated. Because you were so abusive and upset with my reply. In the middle of my meal I sent you a generated letter that had three different options for you that would work. I received no reply for days so I then reached out to you via Wotif to try to help you.Then a few days later I received a response that you had booked somewhere else.Instead I receive a False and Misleading Statement of Facts Review. All the communications are recorded in the Watif message center.
