Offering absolute tranquillity, direct water access, and modern comforts, this exceptional property is the ultimate escape for families, nature lovers, and adventure seekers alike.

Originally built in the 1970s and beautifully transformed in 2021, Shady Acres seamlessly blends contemporary design with a relaxed coastal charm. The home boasts an open-plan kitchen and family room, flowing effortlessly into a spacious lounge and an expansive outdoor patio and BBQ area—perfect for alfresco dining after a day on the water.

Designed for comfort and convenience, the property offers three well-appointed bedrooms (1 x King, 2 x Queen) along with a sunroom featuring two single beds and a sun lounge—ideal for children or additional guests. While the sunroom has reflective screening for privacy, please note it is not fitted with curtains or blinds.

- Narrawallee Inlet is a jewel but it is ocean, and the current flows strongly at peak tides so children should wear lifejackets at all times

Great location. Beautiful accommodation. The floors were not clean on arrival, so I used the cordless vac to go over all the floors. Maybe a better vac would help.Also had to clean the outdoor table and chairs before use. The sliding screen doors are worse for wear and dont move along their tracks as they should. The lock mechanism on the front door was hit and miss and would not properly engage on numerous attempts.We loved the kitchen, bathrooms and spent time in the natural surrounds with beautiful wildlife on the property grounds as well as visiting Milton for Markets, Milk Haus, Theatre events and Shopping.Altogether a great stay.
