With the beach, cafes and golf club all just minutes away, this holiday house is in the perfect location.



Walk 450m to Mollymook Beach for a swim in the surf, play in the sand, or leisurely stroll along the water's edge as you enjoy this pristine stretch of coastline. The house is at the southern end which is patrolled seasonally and has the surf club as well as the popular Beachside 9-hole Golf Course.



*Living and Entertainment Space*

The spacious, air-conditioned living room has lounges and a TV, and opens right up to the front balcony. Offering glimpses of the sparkling blue ocean, this is a great spot to relax with a morning coffee and watch the sunrise.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove/oven, a microwave and full size fridge/freezer.



At the back of the house, the dining area is in the generous sunroom lined with large windows to allow lots of warm sunlight and lovely ocean breezes. This room leads out to the large, grassed backyard. Enjoy easy alfresco cook-ups with a wood fire BBQ (BYO firewood) in the yard or the gas BBQ in the garage.



There is a laundry with washing facilities as well as a second fridge.

Fantastic location just a small walk down to Mollymook beach and some cafes. The house was huge, bigger than expected and big backyard. The place was a bit musty and triggered my hay fever, but if you not after 5 star it's great. Great East aspect with ocean views, and gets the afternoon sun. Kitchen surprisingly well-stocked. Def needed the heating in the room out the back as it was noticeably colder than in the main part of the house.Place def needs wifi. Cellular reception is poor there so quite difficult to hotspot, but if you want to disconnect, good place for it.

Visiting Family & New to the area

Our stay was marvellous, close to the beach and away from the highway. As a couple with our adult children the house suited our holiday and lifestyle. I would definitely book this property again :)

Very basic

Clean. Comfortable beds. Bedside tables in single bed room broken and not able to be used. Lack of bedside lamps. No oven trays to use. Refrigerator lacked door shelves and crispers and froze lettuce on warmest setting. Needs some TLC. Close to the beach a bonus.
