The property was not clean and had a significant hole in the kitchen ceiling above the kitchen area, there was water leaking through from the upstairs shower
The rodes from the blind would constantly fall off
There was no aircon or fans with temperatures of 30 plus
The property manager did supply fans when requested.
Sliding doors and windows would not open properly
Beautiful view, disappointing property.

Large block on Bannisters Point at Mollymook over looking the ocean in a quiet area. Very comfortable old style house accurately described in the online description. Well managed by the agent.
