There was nothing wrong with our room. It was clean and comfortable. The check in process with the Manger/receptionist left a lot to be desired. She was very unprofessional and not welcoming at all. Sadly we weren't the only people on that day to experience her lack of good customer service.

Website states there are designated smoking areas for smokers but there isnt any on site everyone just smokes outside the rooms. The smell of cigarettes stained my room suggesting there was a smoker in it previously. If your a none smoker you will not enjoy staying here.

Unattended and locked reception area. Had to phone hotel multiple times to get a staff member to check me in. Poor attitude from staff. Broken shower head and dirty cupboards and mirror. Apart from that, the hotel was alright.
