The apartment is located just 800 m from the center of Umag. It is located on the first floor of a family house with 4 apartments for rent. It has a covered terrace with garden furniture and an open kitchen. The beach can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes (distance 1400 m), the Ultra supermarket at 250 m, the nearest and cheapest restaurant "Gostionica Koper" at only 250 m. The location is excellent for the proximity of the city and the beaches, or for attending the famous ATP Open Croatia tennis tournament which has been held in Umag for years in the Stella Maris area. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom one with a double bed and a living area with sofa beds for 2 people, bed linen provided (weekly change), flat screen TV in the living area. The open kitchenette equipped with 2 gas stoves, coffee machine, kettle, fridge with small freezer area, mocca and everything you need for a comfortable holiday, the bathroom with shower, sink with cupboard, two bath towels for person provided (weekly change). The apartment is air-conditioned, offers Wi-Fi internet access, free parking in the fenced yard of the house. Pets are allowed (maximum one small size upon request, a € 10 surcharge per day is payable on arrival in cash)

Wunderbare Unterkunft im Herzen von Umag
Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz für zwei Personen, ist mit grundlegenden Dingen in der Küche ausgestattet und verfügt über eine wunderbare Außenküche. Die Kommunikation und der Check-in mit der Agentur waren schnell und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist genau wie im Inserat beschrieben und liegt nur wenige Schritte von der Promenade entfernt. Mehrere Strände an einem längen Küstenabschnitt sind mit einem kurzen Spaziergang zu erreichen. Der Besitzer der Wohnung ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus; die Lage der Wohnung ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung zu entdecken. Eine absolute Empfehlung für einen wunderbaren Urlaub!
