The holiday flat is located in a holiday home with 6 similar flats. The house is located in a quiet location in the village of Volparija, which is part of the Savudrija-Umag area. The area has been known to tourists for centuries for its healing air, nature and peace thanks to the area's pine forests. The pride of the area is the oldest lighthouse in the Adriatic, the Savudrija Lighthouse, built in 1818. The beach is a good 900 metres away and can be easily reached on foot in 10 minutes.
