The comfortable and lovingly furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house located in a small village of Murine, 2 km away from Umag. The accommodation has a bedroom, two complete bathrooms, equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, two air conditioners and a large terrace. It is the ideal choice for couples or families with children looking for comfort and tranquility. The sea and the necessary facilities can be reached by car in a couple of minutes.

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed for a child up to 10 years on request, bed linen provided (changed weekly), two bedside tables with night lamps, wardrobe, flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning and a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The living area has a dining table with 4 chairs, sofa bed for two people, air conditioner, flat-screen satellite TV, wardrobe, free Wi-Fi internet connection. From the living area access to the kitchen equipped with oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, stove with 4 gas burners, kettle, coffee machine, plates, cutlery, glasses and kitchen utensils, dining table. From the kitchen, access to the second complete bathroom with shower, washing machine, toilet, sink with cabinet and mirror, hairdryer, and bathroom towels two per person provided (changed weekly). At the entrance of the apartment, the large terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a table and chairs to enjoy the morning coffee or a glass of Istrian wine in the evening. Covered parking with two parking spaces is available in front of the house.

Murine is a small village 2 km away from Umag made up of private houses with enclosed gardens. The area is quiet, surrounded by greenery but still close to all the necessary facilities. In the village, you will find the bakery, playground, an economic restaurant and a church. The bakery and playground at 300 m, the Ultra grocery store at 2 km, the beach and bathing facilities at 2.5 km, bars, supermarkets, bank, post office, ATM all reachable in a couple of minutes with the car.

In the center of Umag to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam is recommended, to explore the narrow and interesting alleys of the old town, or visit the stalls and to the delight of children the playground on the waterfront. To buy a larger quantity of food it is better to walk a few kilometers to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine. Nearby there are various leisure possibilities: tennis courts, the Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, adrenaline park, mini-golf course, fishing. It is also possible to take various organized trips by boat or by bus. The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. We recommend visiting the Istrian hinterland for days off the beach or to spend the evenings. Very interesting the artists' village Grožnjan, Motovun the typical medieval town located on a hill and known for the film festival which takes place every year at the end of July, the village of Livade is very well known for its white truffle. For cave lovers to visit the Baredine cave. Don't miss the chance to visit Hum the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the places on the coast such as the NP Brijuni, Pula, Rovinj and Poreč. Organize various fish picnic boat trips during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. The day trip by hydrofoil to Venice (if it is possible due to COVID). To visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag to the delight of children and the Dinopark in Vrsar, fun is guaranteed there.
