It is located in the village of Savudrija in the northern part of the Istrian peninsula. The many days of sunshine, the beautiful turquoise-blue sea and the unique view of the Adriatic Sea and the Italian Alps make this area one of the most popular in Croatia. The house is located in the modern Skiper holiday resort, which is guarded around the clock. Guests have restaurants, a luxury pool, private beaches, children's playgrounds and sports centres at their disposal. The beautiful pool is located near the property and the beaches are just a few minutes' walk away. From the terrace, the living room and bedroom 1 there is a marvellous view of the sea and the bay of Piran. There is a whirlpool on the terrace, which will provide you with relaxing and pleasant moments. The price includes use of the large shared pool, tennis and volleyball courts, fitness centre and sun loungers. As a guest, you receive a 20% discount at the wellness centre and golf within the resort. Nearby and just a few steps from the sea you will find a new 18-hole golf course.
