It is located in the interior of Istria, but only 2.5 km from the sea, surrounded by a carefully landscaped garden. The property is very spacious with its 1000 m2 and offers you a lot of peace and privacy. On the first floor you can enjoy yourself wonderfully. Whether relaxing in the sauna or in front of the TV. Here you will get your money's worth. Also an activity room with games, pool table and laundry room is at your disposal.
In front of the house is a covered terrace with a summer kitchen, created for eating and cooking your favorite specialties on the grill. For a welcome refreshment in between, the pool provides and if you want to relax with your favorite reading, quality deck chairs are available. The youngest will enjoy a carefree play in the fenced yard.
