The staff were so friendly and helpful! After-hours self-check in was convenient and easy. The place was very quiet, restful, and comfortable. It is not very conveniently located, but it wasn't inconvenient either. Everything in town is reachable by bus or walking.

Pleasant stay in Umea

Solo traveller. Hotel is away from the main town center and is quiet as a result. This may not suit everyone as there is little in the way of eateries nearby. Being attached to an auto service station is not a problem. Good and friendly service from the staff.

Friendly, some nice areas inside

Seems to be related to the gas station in some way, but don't let this put you off! It's in a good location if you want to go forest walking or to the swimming pool, and only a short walk into the middle of town. Inside has some nice 'outdoor' feeling room with a couple of sofas and a TV with books to read.

Bra centralt hotell

Bodde två nätter på detta hotell och är nöjd med det centrala läget, smidiga incheckningen, rymliga rummet med fräscht badrum, goda frukosten och fria parkeringen. Inget lyxhotell men finns verkligen allt man behöver och är rent och fräscht.

Hotel Vilja i Umeå

Glimrende opphold fordi det passet meget bra med beliggenhet og pris. Veldig lite hotell utenfor by-sentrum, men nettopp det gjør oppholdet stille og rolig. Små lokaler gjør også atmosfæren innendørs hyggelig. Kort åpningstid i resepsjonen, men blide og service-innstilte ansatte.
