From the moment we arrived, our experience at Shangri-La Dubai was nothing short of outstanding. Every staff member we encountered—from the front desk and concierge to the Horizon Lounge servers, breakfast buffet team, and housekeeping—was incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely welcoming. Their attention to detail and consistent kindness made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. The food was another highlight: delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented across the board. Whether it was the elegant offerings in the Horizon Lounge or the wide variety at the breakfast buffet, every meal was a treat. Cleanliness was impeccable—from the pristine room to the well-maintained common areas. Our room was spotless and refreshed daily with care, and it always felt like returning to a peaceful, luxurious haven. Shangri-La Dubai truly lives up to its name as a paradise away from home. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We had a super relaxing stay. We were looked after superbly by all staff bar one. She barge in the lift and went up despite our lift travelling downwards. The hotel is now 20 years old and shows in some places but this did not detract from the opulence and service with a smile. The bedding and bed was pure luxury. Looking forward to returning!
