Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Pros: Large villa with a swimming pool. The security guard and house keeping lady are very nice and friendly. Cons: The swimming pool is not private as the guests in adjacent residence can see everything when they garher in rheir patio. The cleanliness is terrible. Blood and urine stains on the bed sheets. The downstairs bathroom stinks worseb than a publuc bathroom. A mouse was wandering by the pool. My wife has mouse phobia. We couldn't stay in the batio or swim in the pool. Wifi signal is weak, interrupted, and cease to exist outside the main living room. The villa may have potential if management is improved.
