Everyone was so amazing. Budhi was great in giving me an amazing room. And Rosa was amazing in helping me have an amazing stay. Resort is huge but the biggest standout is the colleagues working there. From Simon and Aldi at Front Desk who handled the small hiccup during the stay to Putri in F&B who came to check in on us during breakfast, you can really feel the genuine sense of care they have for their guests. Kudos also to the housekeeping team for their quick responses to our requests especially when our daughter was not well one evening.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property itself is stunning, with beautiful views that made our stay even more special. The amenities were fantastic and really added to the overall experience, and the rooms were absolutely gorgeous—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Wiwin, the manager, was incredibly helpful when we had to make unexpected changes to our reservation. She handled everything with professionalism and kindness, making a potentially stressful situation so much easier for us. Overall, this hotel is truly a gem. Between the breathtaking views, top-notch amenities, and outstanding service, we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Everything was perfect. Even the littlest of our requests was accommodated. We really enjoyed our stay and miss it deeply. Wish we had stayed even longer. Our daughter misses the TreeHouse Kids club so much. Hopefully we can plan another trip soon.
