Nice quiet keyless entry house located in the heart of the Western Mountains with a catch & release fishing pond large screened in back porch. Sleeping accommodations 6-7 people with pool table & ping pong in the unfinished basement. A perfect getaway on 2.7 acres and close to many attractions: Bechtler House-learn about gold rush, Lake Lure where Dirty Dancing was filmed Chimney Rock great views and hiking, local gold mining seasonal & just 25 minutes to Tryon International Equestrian Center with lots of horse shows as well as comedy, concerts and even ice skating.
Kitchen is fully furnished and a new outdoor grill.
Also included washing machine and dryer. Central heat and air as well as a small space heater.
Also, remember any streaming passwords you may want to use with the smart tv's! Direct tv streaming provided.
3 stall barn and 1 concrete floor with washout drain other two shavings.
