Staff were friendly and welcoming, pool was clean, warm and comfortable. Room was clean,beds were comfy my children and myself slept well. Pancakes were delicious, didn’t care for the eggs as they were omelets and not scrambled but other than that. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel staff was great. I constantly seen the staff keeping the hotel clean around the clock. The breakfast was pretty good as well. I forgot how to spell her name but Marissa was great as well as front desk attendant Rose and the other front desk staff that names I forgot. I’ve found a new home when I’m in Belle Vernon.

I checked in, went to my room - door was open, mattress bare, sheets piled onto a chair, trash full with empty case of beer, obviously room was never cleaned or prepared. Went back to front desk, no apology from them, fortunately a different room was clean, prepped and readily available for me. Will never stay here again.
