Old and outdated
The room they gave me was already occupied. So I walked into a dirty room. They didn’t have anything but a dirty small handicap room left. It was very outdated. Not very clean. Smelled like an old attic. Never again.

Property was nice and peaceful. Can tell owners did a lot of updates and still updating. I had to go to a conference at Nemacolin so this was very close 4 miles... and did not have to pay outrageous price. Sad part is winter season and many restaurants closed during week. There are many cute gift shops around.

The Lodge at Chalk Hill is clean, has a nice lake where you can fish in, and was quiet. Overall a nice place to stay and there were options for hard or soft pillows which was really cool.

Wonderful location for Fort Necessity, Kentuck Knob, Fallingwater, and Ohiopyle State Park. Be sure to eat at Stone House. Note: There is no breakfast. Clean and comfortable.

The property is newly renovated, easily accessible, and great price point. The staff is super friendly. I accidentally left behind a book and earrings and they shipped them back to me the same day I had left. Cant wait to see what the conference center looks like once completed!
