    le personnel à l'accueil ne parlait pas francais. On nous a donner un dortoir pour 6 personnes. Après avoir protesté, on nous quand meme donner une chambre avec un lit double comme demandé lors de la réservation. Sinon, nuit calme.

    FIRST TIME IN INTERLAKEN/SWITZERLAND

    This was a 3 nights stay in Switzerland. I have noticed that there are no warm welcome from the Swiss people when you arrived at your hotel. A lot to learn of hospitality and welcoming people to make them feel at ease.

    Interlaken 2015 #hanaaroundtheworld

    The hotel stay was good and the hotel owner was friendly. But we got to say the cleaner was very rude. Below are our experience. I spoken to the owner that I will leave our luggage at a specific corner as we needed to snap some pictures before leaving. He said ok. When I was bringing the luggage to the area, the cleaner was making noise saying i cannot leave it there. I told her nicely that I have spoken to the owner and he said ok. She still raised her voice and said NO!! So ended I placed it in front of the reception desk. Once we reached back to the hotel after taking the pictures in the city centre to collect our luggage, we found 2 ladies outside the main door. We tried entering the hotel but the door was locked. From what i know, for the past 3 days, this main door will never be locked. We were stranded outside for about 45mins and the 2 ladies whom were outside were supposed to have a trip to Jungfraujoch which they had to cancel due to the delay of entering the hotel. After 45mins, the door opened from the inside and the same cleaning lady was not happy and said "Are you trying to break the door!!!!" I said I will too if we are forced to as we this door was not supposed to be closed and secondly we were stranded 45mins! Just to share and if the owner is reading this, please ensure you trian your cleaning lady as this will leave a very distaste experience for the future customers to your hotel. Rgds, Irwan

    서역에서 가깝고 깔끔

    밤 늦게까지 주변 젊은이들이 1층의 Bar를 많이 이용해 소란스러워 잠들기 직전까지는 많이 신경이 쓰였습니다. 하지만, 사실 여행 중에는 쉽게 잠이 들어 그 다음에는 아무 상관이 없긴 했습니다. 물가 비싼 스위스에서 가격 대비 깨끗하고, 침구와 아침식사도 좋았습니다. 밥을 해먹을 수 있는 식당이 있다고 했는데 열쇠가 없어 이용은 못해봤습니다. 전체적으로 지내기에는 좋았습니다.

    Parking urbain payant de 9h00 à 19h00. L'hôtel voulant être payé en espèces, applique une taxe de 3% sur les paiements par carte bleue. Petit déjeuner inclus dans le tarif et très bien. Situé dans un carrefour,l'environnement est très bruyant,et les clients du bar qui sortent pour fumer y ajoutent encore.

    bruyant, éviter les familles, recommandé pour jeune fêtard

    Nous avons passé 2 nuits en chambre familiale pour 4, dans cette station plutôt sympathique. Hotel correctement situé dans la ville. Petit déjeuner au mini de ce qu'on attend dans un 2 étoiles Suisse. Notre chambre se situait au 1er étage au dessus du bar et au croisement des rues = si soirée au bar, impossible de dormir et réveil dès les premières voitures en circulation (peu d'isolation, volets "transparents"), sans parler des cloches de l'église toute proche. Chambre non faite entre les 2 nuits!

    Late Check-in time

    Generally, things were good except for checking-in time. It starts from 3:00. I arrived in Interaken earlier than that, so i should wait for it. Even worse, there was no one in the desk, so I couldn't ask them to hold my luggage so that i can go anywhere before check-in starts. I only had a choice to stay with my big luggages. If you know its check-in time starts from 3:00, you can enjoy your time in there. my room was tilted a little bit, and no towels there are.

    Horrible..

    There was no sheets in the beds, neither pillowcases or bath towels. No soap or shampoo as well. Matresses so dirty as well as the floor and the room was smelly. Never more!
