We liked the room size and cleaness and beautiful view. The staff was very polite and nice. The main problem was busy road under that make the room loud even in the night. Hard to sleep.

Perfect Fall escape

Great location, right across from the ocean. Still some tourists in October, but overall nice and quiet.

The hotel was great for the price. A bit older but very clean and comfortable. Super friendly staff and a great location. Only minutes from the public footpath and a nice big on-site onsen. Breakfast was only available for pick up and eat in the rooms but the bento was super. Will stay again on our next visit!

Excellent experience!

The room was large and tidy with a really economical price. Free drinks and hot spring eggs were provided to all the customers. The staffs were polite, helpful and kind for our requests and enquiries. The hot spring was amazing and effective to relax muscles after a day long walking. Different flavoured popsicles were gifted free of charge after taking the hot spring. I will definitely stay this hotel again for trips to Obama & Unzen and recommend it to all visitors as well.

Run-down but good value for money

Run-down hotel, but nice and spacious room. Breakfast not too good, even Joyful is IMHO better! Overall good value for money.

Excellent value for money. Had all facilities including breakfast and hot baths. Spacious room with fantastic view over the sea and far peninsular.

Location was good. Rooms were facing the sea. Service was good. Breakfast was good. Parking was easy, car park being in front of the hotel. Lots of eateries around the hotel.

Great value--get an ocean view.

Great value---clean, comfortable, large room with a balcony overlooking the sea and sunset. Good bathtub. A really nice place for the money.

Great in everything!

Love this hotel so much!!!First, it is located just 3 minutes walk to the foot spa. Besides, the hotel provides a lot of free facilities such as massage chair, segway, wheelchair, bicycle etc. Complementary onsen egg and welcome drink. Somemore got free ice-cream after onsen.

小浜温泉のロケーションとコストパフォーマンスを考えればまずまず。

展望大浴場の温泉は、古い作りだがオーシャンビューでまずまず。 脱衣所にアイスキャンディの無料冷凍庫あり。 建物の老朽化で決して綺麗とは言えないものの、清潔感はあり。
