Interesting night!

The room was more like glorified hostel room. It did smell smoke and it made it difficult to sleep. Bathroom was like a cabin bathroom in a ferry, very tight and dated with extra pubic hair as extra!!! Pillows very small and well used.

No frills but makes the grade

This facility is by no means spectacular. However it is reasonable and the location is very good. The room is somewhat small and the shower is the smallest of all the hotels I've ever stayed(not much room to move around) at. The bed was comfortable and water was hot and cold when required. The water is also drinkable, a rare treat for me. There is a Middle Eastern supermarket about 60 meters from the hotel that has many delicious items including the best Arabic (pita) bread I ever ate. And the 3 bus will take you there. Overall, was very satisfied and special thanks to the staff for being so cordial and helpful. Would definitely stay there again the next time I visit Uppsala.

Ett snuskig, ostÀdat och vanskött hotell. Frukostbuffén sköts av personal som inte anvÀnder skyddshandskar vid arbete med livsmedel. GÄr frÄn disk till kontakt med mat. Bröd, bÄde fÀrskt och hÄrt, Àr gammalt, trÀigt och smakar inte bra. Kort sagt, undvik frukost hÀr. Rummen var smutsiga, hÄrstrÄn i nybÀddade sÀngar, smuts i badrum, vÀtskor som runnit pÄ vÀggkonst ovanför sÀngen. Lös smuts i huvudÀndan av sÀngen pÄ vÀggen. Ingen ventilation, fick sova med vidöppet fönster hela natten trots slagregn. Luktar cigarettrök. Garderob som svÀnger upp, gÄr inte att stÀnga. Foton visar pÄ nÄgra brister. Finns det en extern fastighetsÀgare borde denna göra en tillsyn alternativt kommunens miljötillsyn.

Jag hade nöjet att bo pÄ detta hotell och upplevelsen övertrÀffade mina förvÀntningar pÄ alla plan. AtmosfÀren var utomordentligt behaglig, en perfekt balans mellan exklusivitet och hemtrevnad. Personalen var genuint serviceinriktad och visade prov pÄ bÄde professionalism och omtanke, vilket gjorde vistelsen till en fröjd frÄn början till slut. Rummet höll hög standard, med en kÀnsla av nyrenhet och frÀschör som genomsyrade varje detalj. HÀr lÀmnas inget Ät slumpen, allt frÄn inredning till komfort vittnar om noggrant genomtÀnkt kvalitet. Klientelet bestod till stor del av en sofistikerad och vÀlbÀrgad publik, vilket bidrog till en diskret men tydligt exklusiv stÀmning.
