Otel,Ortahisar merkezde çok iyi bir konumda bulunuyor. Otelin konumu sayesinde Göreme ve Avanos'a gitmek istediğinizde arabayla 10 dakikalık süreyle ulaşım sağlayabiliyorsunuz. Odalar oldukça temiz ve düzenliydi. Mağara otel konsepti olmasıyla birlikte, Çiğdem Hanım'ın tasarımıyla modern ve konforlu bir yapıya da sahip. Odalarda yerden ısıtmalı sistem olduğu için ısınma konusunda da herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Otel sahibi Turan Bey ve eşi Çiğdem Hanım bizi çok samimi bir şekilde karşıladılar ve kaldığımız 4 gün boyunca bizimle hep ilgilendiler. Katılmak istediğimiz turlar, gezilecek yerler ve ulaşım konusunda da bize çok yardımcı oldular. Biz çok memnun kaldık, geldiğinizde burada konaklamanızı kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Otel inanılmaz güzeldi. Yeni bir otel olduğu için tasarımı temizliği çok iyiydi. Odanın içerisi müze gibi sevgili çiğdem hanımın eserlerini görebilirsiniz. konumu da çok iyi ürgüp ve göremenin ortasında. her yere çok çok yakın. turan bey ve çiğdem hanım çok ilgili ve nazikler, her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. kesinlikle bir daha tercih edeceğim bir otel.
