I stayed at this beautiful hotel in Cappadocia with my sister and our pets, and everything was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better, close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. The hotel design is stunning, with so much attention to detail that makes it truly special. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and the staff made us feel so welcome (our pets, too We couldn’t have asked for a better stay, highly recommended!

Lovely spacious clean and comfortable cave room, beautifully decorated with lots of attention to detail. Clean and modern bathroom with excellent hot shower, (there is no bath), good free wifi, the most beautiful terraces overlooking a gorgeous valley of caves, giving you the most authentic Cappadocian experience! I could just sit there for days! We even had hot air balloons flying directly overhead one morning . Perfect English is spoken as well, and the owner is on hands and ever willing to assist with any questions or advice. The breakfast is authentic Turkish, freshly made daily, with a nice variety of dishes, giving you the opportunity to sample Turkish cuisine!

We were mind blown by the views we got from the hotel. Free breakfast is delicious and very generous portion wise. Few animals on the property, they were adorable. Each room is different and so cute and cozy. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!! Staff and owner were the sweetest and took good care of everyone staying there !

Potamia is, without question, the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. What sets it apart isn’t just the stunning setting or the thoughtful design — it’s the warmth and sincerity of its owner, who is easily one of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve ever met. After just three nights, he felt more like a friend than a host. You quickly realize that Potamia is a true labor of love — a lifelong dream brought to life — and that passion is reflected in every detail. The daily breakfast is nothing short of extraordinary. Using produce grown in their own garden alongside the best of what the region offers, each element is crafted with care and quality. Freshly baked breads, artisanal cheeses, house-made cherry and strawberry jams, decadent cakes (yes, a different homemade cake every morning!), and antipasti like olives and semi-dried tomatoes — it’s an experience unto itself. Honestly, the breakfast alone is worth the stay. Then there’s the view. The hotel overlooks a tranquil valley dotted with ancient cave dwellings and historic ruins. Each morning, you can wander along scenic trails or simply sit back and take in the panorama from your window or the communal terraces. I often found myself torn between exploring Cappadocia or staying put just to soak in the serenity. Originally, I saw Cappadocia as a once-in-a-lifetime destination — something to check off the list. But staying at Potamia, and getting to know the close-knit team behind it, changed that. Thanks for the memories.

Amazing place to stay, away from the busy tourist areas, each room has a beautiful view . A cave house that’s decorated nicely and thoughtfully, delicious freshly prepared breakfast, easy to park your car, very nice and clean room, each room in the house has a character and a charm of its own, multilevel with seating area in every level to enjoy the view of the mountains and the castle around it. Smart details would stay again without a doubt.

Potamia Suites hotel is an authentic elevated cave hotel that goes beyond standardized cave suites in Capadocia. The arrival was sublime joined by coffee and pastry with a warm welcomed by the owner. The room was beyond expected, finely decorated as well preserving the rustic feeling of the cave together with a modern touch of elegance with great lighting surrounding the whole room. The bathroom was of the most impressive part of the cave, with a great rounded tub and shower. This property is a shout out for everyone to know, because it holds so many great leisures like a balcony viewing a massive cave wall, a wonderful place where we were offered a beautiful breakfast, with coffee, pastries, and fruits. I will definitely recommend this place not only for the property as a whole, but for the courteous and generosity from the hotel to arrange any of our needs. “My stay at the Cave Hotel was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warmth and genuine hospitality that made us feel right at home. Waking up surrounded by stone walls and natural formations was surreal, blending history with comfort. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff’s passion for hospitality and dedication to making each guest feel special. Mükemmel bir otel, odalar konforlu, temiz, manzara harika, kahvaltısı mükemmel, otelin dekorasyonu çok güzel kısacası huzur içinde bir tatil geçiriyorsunuz. İşletme sahibi Ahmet bey çok ilgili, güleryüzlü, akşamları bizlerle ilgilenen Salih bey de aynı şekilde. Bir daha gitmek için sabırsızlandığımız bir deneyim oldu bizim için. Hem tesis kalitesi hem hizmet kalitesi açısından çok memnun kaldık. Otel zaten yeni. Yeri ve manzarası ise gerçekten çok etkileyici. Kahvaltısı bile hem çeşit hem kalite açısından bölgedeki birçok kahvaltıcı ile yarışabilir. Sahibi ise çok tatlı, kibar ve yardımcı bir insan. Tereddütsüz gidilebilecek bir yer. Özellikle çocuksuz çiftler için daha uygun olduğunu düşünüyorum.
