At the heart of the Ardèche plateau, at 1200m altitude, in a small village called Rieutord, in the heart of nature, pretty house in typical Ardèche stones just in front of the Loire, 6km from Ste Eulalie, 12km from Mont Gerbier du Jonc and 8km Lake Issarlés. 20km from Mont Mézenc, 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6, large bathroom with bath and shower, kitchen with central island fully equipped, large plot in front of the river with picnic table. Nous avions choisi cette location pour son emplacement qui selon l'annonce et photos se trouvait au bord de rivière. effectivement elle en bord de rivière mais après une route légèrement passante et ensuite un terrain de 40 m avant de pouvoir y accéder. En bord d'eau, pas de table ni transat comme sur la photo. Sur la terrasse qui se trouve au premier étage coté forêt, pas de mobilier de jardin ni barbecue !!! Pas pratique du tout quand la cuisine n'est pas au même étage que la terrasse. Contact pris avec le propriétaire qui nous envoie une de ses connaissances pour nous aider à déplacer le mobilier du grenier ( fermé à clé ) à la terrasse.......... Avons dû nettoyer l'ensemble du mobilier avant utilisation quand au barbecue, sans notre grille personnelle, impossible d'utilisation vu son état lamentable. Dommage car l'intérieur est parfait et très bien équipé. Maison non faite pour couples avec enfants ou personnes à mobilité réduite.

Très agréable séjour détente

Belle et grande maison en pierre construction fin 18éme vue les dates sur la poutre de la grande cheminée et du fronton de la bâtisse. Au cours de la restauration le charme de la vieille pierre a été conservé par les propriétaires et un aménagement avec tout le confort moderne dans les différentes pièces dont une grande salle principale avec téléviseur grand écran, WIFI, réception chaines ADSL et une belle cuisine américaine permet de passer un très agréable séjour. Les plus, la Loire qui passe au pied du terrain en contrebas avec un aménagement pour trempette des pieds, bronzage et repas est très appréciable et une terrasse arrière donnant sur le flan boisé de la colline qui assure des petits déjeuners et grillades avec le barbecue au calme. Possibilité de contacter les propriétaires pour tout problème. Je conseille l'adresse car, de plus, la région est superbe et les gens accueillants. Merci pour cet excellent moment ressourçant.
