Betrügerische Masche mit den AGBs

Leider durfte ich den Urlaub nicht antreten. Novasol hat kurz vorher die Reise zum meinen Lasten storniert. Also voll bezahlt, nichts davon gehabt. Und das nur weil aus technischen Gründen meine Kreditkarte nicht belastet werden konnte. Statt eines Anrufs habe ich in der FeWo-dirtekt App nur gelesen, dass die Reise storniert wurde. (von wegen direkt) Zu erst dachte ich daran, dass ich evtl. in der App auf einen falschen Knopf gedrückt hatte. Aber da war schon alles zu spät. An diesem Tag habe ich eine E-Mail aus meinem Spam-Folder gefischt, in der die Zahlungsaufforderung für die zweite Rate stand. (Mein Fehler: man ist halt der Skalve der Technik und auf die App ist in dieser Beziehnung kein Verlass.) Bei FeWo-direkt hatte keiner etwas dazuzusagen, außer einer veralteten Telefonnummer. Bei Novasol hatte ich nur eine Dame vom Callcenter ohne Kompetzen am Telefon. Vielen Dank auch für den schönen Urlaub. Nie wieder FeWo-direkt, nie wieder Novasol.
