Great building, terrible service. Very high usage rate when the cruise ships are about to leave or have just come back. Checked in after a cruise at 10.15am, was told one of our two rooms would be ready in an hour, finally got into rooms at 4.45pm! Took half an hour to get a coffee at 11am, ordered three lunches but only two turned up. The Fawlty Towers of Tierra del Fuego!

Perfect

After many travels around the globe this is a 5-6 star hotel. Bags did not arrive for 6days and every day the staff informed me of update. Included breakfast is fantastic. Great variety and healthy. Paying the extra for “resort” facilities is absolutely worth it. Heated thermal like indoor/outdoor pool perfect relaxation for end of day trekking. Sauna and gym great. Staff are friendly, efficient, attentive and caring. Cleanliness is faultless. I cannot fault this hotel.
