Cottage in Sianożęty near the Beach

A family holiday resort in a very quiet area, 200 m from the beach. Just a few steps to the resort center. On the fenced property there are 11 comfortable, terraced holiday cottages and a sauna (for an additional fee). Each cottage is comfortably equipped and tastefully decorated. The houses are two-story. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with TV and table. The living room is connected to a well-equipped kitchen (including washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine). There is also a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor. On the first floor there are 2 large, separate bedrooms. The houses have covered terraces with a set of garden furniture and barbecue equipment. The houses have air conditioning with cooling and heating functions, which makes your stay comfortable at any time of the year. Wireless internet is available. There is a very attractive playground for the youngest, as well as a nice and well-equipped playroom. There is a bicycle rental service, as well as a sauna and whirlpool (for a fee). The price of the stay includes: bed linen, internet, parking, baby cot and high chair (registration required). Sianożęty is a small holiday resort located approximately 10 km from Kołobrzeg, in the immediate vicinity of another seaside resort - Ustronie Morskie. Sianożęty is located right next to a wide beach. Golden sand and gentle access to the sea encourage vacationers to sunbathe and sea. In the neighboring Ustronie Morskie there is also a 100-meter long walking pier. The R-10 international bicycle route runs through Sianożęty. It runs along the coast and provides amazing views of both beaches, clear sea and charming peat bogs. From here you can get easily and pleasantly by bike to the nearby Ustronie Morskie, but also to the large city of Kołobrzeg.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups not allowed. Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
