Superb log chalet for 8 people, ideally located in Praloup 1500, close to the shuttle stop (50m) and the Molanès gondola lift (350m).
On the ground floor, you'll find a large garage, a ski locker, a washing machine and dryer, and a sauna. Upstairs, you can access the upper floor via a spiral staircase or from outside the chalet, leading into a beautiful, welcoming living room with a wood-burning stove, a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table seating up to 10 people.
The dining room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen with an American-style fridge-freezer, a 3-burner induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, and more.
The living room opens onto the garden and terrace, where you'll find a lovely hot tub and a garden table. On the same level, a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet.
On the top floor, a large landing with a desk leads to the three bedrooms: one with a double bed (140cm), a second with a queen-size bed (160cm), and the third with a sofa bed.
Also on this floor, there is a second shower room and a separate toilet.
