Sekä huoneisto että yleiset tilat olivat todella harvinaisen viihtyisiä, ja huoneistossa oli tilaa yllinkyllin. Sijainti on erinomainen, rauhallisella ja hiljaisella paikalla lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä torista ja kaupungin palveluista. Aamiainen oli aivan riittävä ja sen voi syödä myös ulkona rauhallisella terassiparvekkeella. Polkupyörää sai lainaksi ilmaiseksi, ja palvelu oli tarvittaessa muuten toimivaa. Tunnelmaa täydellisti hotellin kissa :)

In short, Residence Kappsäcken met all our expectations and more. The rooms of this older home were delightfully cosy, very clean and and inviting. The place included an extremely nice sauna area that could be reserved for sharing or for privacy. Bikes, grilling area, lovely outdoor decks and patios plus easy parking off street were available. The attention to detail included things such as our twin beds in the apartment “Ada” being able to adjust to sitting position via a controller. Our hosts were absolutely wonderful too and they were what tipped our stay in Vaasa as being our favorite of Finland!

Excellent location in Vaasa. Super friendly staff/owner, picturesque buildings of traditional turn of the 19 century style. Multiple fireplaces, sauna, and stylish renovated old interior. Handful of functional and well kept bicycles for lending. Breakfast is simple but enough. Wonderful balcony and terrace with bbq to borrow. A perfect stay for the large family (Bakery) or for any traveler with car in the main house.

Hyvät unet viihtyisässä huoneessa

Todella viihtyisä ja siisti majoitus. Lapset saivat pyydettäessä potan ja syöttötuolin. Ainoa miinus huoneen verho, joka ei pettänyt nakuillessa näkyvyyttä kadulle. Pukeuduin pikkukammarin puolella. Aamupala oli monipuolinen itsepalveluaamupala, mutta kahvi ehti aina olla valmiina meille keitettynä. Kiva kun oli Netflix huoneessa käytössä.

Hyvä sijainti, kiva miljöö ja tunnelmallinen talo. Toimiva huoneisto, hyvä palvelut (sauna!). Huoneiston keittiö ei ollut kovin toimiva: liesi uuneineen tuntui tarpeettomalta, kun ruoanlaittovälineitä ei juurikaan ollut. Mutta emme kaivanneet muuta kuin vedenkeitintä ja sellainen löytyi aamiaishuoneesta.
