Good place to relax

The location is a bit far from the city, but we wanted a resort and were not keen on being close to the city. City centre is hardly 15 minutes from the hotel. Good property, nicely maintained and calm and serene surroundings

Great stay

It's a great resort. Since it has opened up in November2017 everything is very new and very clean. The rooms are big and spacious however the it missed a few basic toilet ammenities that you will find in any hotel like dental kit, comb etc. were missing. Food is good. Spa, gym and swimming pool were great too. I would recommend this hotel only if you have your own conveyance and you intend to just relax at the resort cause this is a bit far from the city limits.

Best stay on outskirts

We are familiar with Kabir's Kitchen and that is why I decided to give a try to stay here. Property is very good, new and well maintained. Hotel staff yet needs improvement while restaurant staff is well trained. Pricing is on higher side.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The room washrooms were not getting locked, the slot for adjusting the locks were not even present. We took 2 rooms in cottage category, My child got locked inside the room but even the phone lines were not working in either of the room and we have to rush to the reception to get assistance. The TV in room was not airing any channel it took the hotel staff approx. 2 hours to rectify the same. The Summing pool had no lifeguard around, there were no tubes available for kids. The Valley service was very poor, every time I reached out to get my car, they told me that I can fetch it from the parking myself as Valley had gone to washroom or eating lunch etc. We ordered food but the staff didn't listened properly and the item that we cancelled was also prepared and served on our table, When confronted, they said we didn't listen to the cancellation part.
