Keine Hilfe und fpr die Anleitung die wir zur Reinigung erhalten haben, bei Ankunft zu spackig

Wir hatten im Ort eine schöne Zeit Leider ging unser WLan nicht, geholfen wurde uns auch nicht! Es fehlt an einer Art Begrüßungsmappe, die ansprechend ist! Vor Ankunft bekamen wir eine Liste was alles gerezuzuntun
