It has everything you need to enjoy your next mountain vacation and is perfect for Winter or Summer fun.  This unit is walking distance from popular hiking trails and only a short drive to the slopes of Vail or Beaver Creek.  This Townhome is elevated creating plenty of natural light and tucked back from the road allowing for privacy and serenity. A walk-out patio with a small grassy lawn as well as a sunlit deck with a private BBQ off the living room provide two areas from which to enjoy this beautiful mountain setting. Stocked with a refrigerator, coffee maker and coffee, microwave, toaster and beautiful big screen TV, you will enjoy the perfect spot relax after a day full of mountain adventures. 

The entry level includes the kitchen, dining room, deck, and one bedroom. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining room with seating around the table for eight. The living room includes a gas fireplace, couches, and a Flatscreen TV. 

The bedroom on the main level includes a queen size bed and en-suite with a glass and tile shower. Up a couple of stairs on the second floor is the second bedroom providing plenty of sleeping space with a twin over twin bunk bed and another queen sized bed. This room also features a private en suite with a tile shower and tub combo. Also upstairs is the master suite with a king bed, flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, and large ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and an oversized shower. 

This property offers a year-round hot tub and on-site pool (available summer only), along with a private 1-car garage with parking for one additional car in front of the garage.

*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.  

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
