The Arabelle has a quick and easy access to the slopes, take the covered escalator that will drop you directly at the Mountain’s Base. This unit delivered the space we wanted at the best Lionshead location! Fully outfitted kitchen (but bring anything including coffee, salt and pepper if you plan to cook) was spacious.We loved the massage chair in the living room and our balconies! The staff was great and we loved the free shuttle. Disappointments: pool had only one umbrella so we could not sit out there to enjoy the view. The rooms would not cool down at night despite all of our efforts and all of the different thermostats, so sleeping was very uncomfortable. Wifi was weak in most of the unit, totally dead zone in the center bedroom.

Wonderful property although not the same amenities as booking directly with Ritz, as service is from an outside company which meant we did not have usual daily refreshing of unit and no turn down service. No removal of trash or change of towels.
